Inquestionável no plano consciente.
O que me faz feliz é nutrir, gerar, cuidar.
Sigo a semana tentando equilibrar a liberdade, felicidade e evolução.
E você? Qual sua história?
Namaste

The Yamas: Satya
Yamas.

Yamas is a combination of 8 principles, that accordingly to the #yogasutras, if followed on your everyday life, will lead you to a more fullfiling spiritual development.
The second principle is
1) Satya
Satya is to be honest. First with yourself, than with everybody around you would unfold without effort.
When we master "satya" inside ourselves, we gain the power, the "siddhi" of manifesting the truth. So, what we say and do, is actually what it is.
This is a lifetime exercise, but every little step brings ourselves to another, and so on.
Yoga is a great way to start practicing, as asanas and breathing exercices helps us release our inner truths, and reciting mantras and meditation helps us unveiled the causes of our emotions and behaviours.
One day, you'll feel more free from your old believes and be more connected to your "truth". So, you'll be the truth, speak the truth, live the truth and practice satya naturally.
Here's a suggested yoga practise from the Yoga Journal
to bring your attention to Satya in your life:

The Yamas: Ahimsa
Yamas.
Yamas is a combination of 8 principles, that accordingly to the #yogasutras, if followed on your everyday life, will lead you to a more fullfilllign spiritual development.
The first principle is
1) Ahimsa.
Ahimsa is the process of becoming free of all violence, injury or harm towards others. And oneself. The goal is to neutralize our impulses toward agression.
That's how google explains it:
It's a word in Sanskrit, that means "respect for all living things and avoidance of violence toward others".
Gandhi started writing and talking about it largely on his books, and so it became more known to the westerns.

And as a suggestion for you to start with, why not go #leatherfree #100%veganleather ?
From now on, be aware of the leather products you daily use, and slowly , start replacing them for vegetable sourced leather.
Such as found in this 100% vegan shoe factory in Brazil!
I personally will struggle, but am willing to try.
