Adorei a narrativa simples e bem completa.
Medite! Vai fazer diferença na sua vida. Just do it.
Porque antes do sol nascer?

Overcoming judgements
First thing I'm telling myself nowaday is.... "who's judging?"
For a long time, the answer was "my mom".... and it felt very unconfortable, very imprisionant, very limiting... very!
After sometime, it became the "society" . My friends, and the friends of my friends who I really never met. "What would they think about my dress, my hair, my speech, the people I like to hang out with ?"
And that was again very limiting. If I could describe myself, it was like wearing clothes that didn't fit.
My love partner was again someone who I "didn't want to let down", and "letting down" meant meeting his expectations about myself. Not really mine.
And more recently, the social media. Oh wow! Now judgements and self-acceptance, went to another stratospherical level! Literraly billions of people looking at you and having their own opinion about yourself. Usually different, from what you think.
Scary, imprisioning, limiting, once again. Who's judging you? And why do you feel so ashamed ?
My personal goal is to remember myself that it won't stop, unless you stop caring. Only you can judge yourself.
I want to fly. Somebody would promplty say:" But you don't have wings!" . There are many ways I can fly... come on, use your imagination! But that person's saying could stuck in my head, and then I could give up on my dream. Forever. And regret it. Or....I can just go ahead and do it! Regardless what people think.
I want to go deep inside of me and I am afraid of what I'll see. Maybe it's not good enough, but most likely it will be too good for the people and environment I'm around today. And that's scary.
Ligia, be fearless, and do it! Regret only the things you didn't do.
With love,
me

Overcoming bad habits
Aloha!
Who never woke up in the morning saying : "I will never drink again!" ... I did!
I have terrible headaches when I drink, and it doesn't have to be a lot.....
It's not only the physical disconfort, is the emotional disconfort too! Surfing the day after a party feels weard... for me only, maybe... I'm not that strong, I'm not that brave. I feel ... vulnerable.
But today, I want to talk about how I overcome bad habits.
Our brain is incredibly efficient in reducing complex decisions to either "yes" , or "no". Usually, your habit wins. What you're most used to do, requires the least strenght, that's why we should act right away when implementing a "new" habit.
I have a few tips, although they're not easy, they work for me.
1) New habits, require new environment and new companies.
I'm very much influenced by the place where I am at and the people I'm surrounded by.
If you can not run, try to hide. I mean, stay home, read a book, write, whatch a movie, but don't go out with people who are not on the same mood.
If you can't run away from your family, at least 1 or 2 nights a week, say goodnight before they get you crazy or wake up earlier than usual and do what you want to do: exercice, meditate, eat right, cook, fast.
2) Before you act, stop, breath and write the consequences of what you're about to do. Draw a picture of it. If it's eat a piece of cake, or smoke, or drink, draw how you're gonna be like after you do it, in an hour, in a day, in a lifetime with this habit. And now do the opposite, draw you without that compulsion.
3) Find good sources of informations, that will keep you motivated. Search for instagram posts, that only make you feel good about yourself, and that inspires you somehow and tag them. Read, listen to podcasts (I specially love doing this, since I can listen to interesting things while driving, cleaning, cooking, resting), or listen to music that suits your higher self!
Discipline is the key to greater achievements.
;)

How to make ghee
Aloha! making gheehe super ayurvedic food, is super simple.
Find the best quality butter you can find. Blessed free range cows' are the best, but since we know this is not always possible, just THE best (probably the most expensive one) is fine.
Non salted, preferably.
Choose a pan where you could hi -heat the ghee. Usually what you'll get is
1/3 off the original quantity, so make sure you have enough for your jar. (Glass jar, to avoid contaminations, and clean it well and dry it well too!). Put the butter inside, heat it up and stri it until its melted. When it starts to cook, you'll see a white foam coming to the surface. take it all out. Some residues will also stay in the bottom. Your ghee is the transparent oil , all the other whitish residues, you can through away (or give it to someone who know how to coik better than I do ;) ).
Google says: " Ghee is an excellent source of fat-soluble vitamins and healthy fatty acids, which aids in weight loss". That alone would make half of the people who read this, add this ingredient in your diet.
Also, Ghee, as any healthy fat, helps lubrificating joints, even boosting your skin hydration and lowering your cholesterol. A tablespoon of ghee every morning with hot water can provide you with a lot of health benefits.
For those who love coffee like me, try it on your bulletcoffee!

Colágeno, "bullet proof " coffee e "ghee" , como tomar
Eu sou uma pessoa sensível.
Sensível do ponto de vista "sutil". Sinto muito as coisas. Dor, calor, frio, presença de energias boas e ruins, tensão, espíritos...
Posologia de suplementos e cremes de beleza? uso metade do tempo do indicado no rótulo. Perfumes?
`a noite, também me dá insônia.
Também me dá espirros!
Dúvidas, me mandem mensagens. ;)
